The VIN you enter
VIN Recall Scan checks the length and permitted characters in your browser. The VIN is held in the current page’s memory to display the preparation and preview windows. The application does not submit it to the server, include it in a URL or analytics event, or save it in cookies, local storage, or a database. Reloading resets the form. The tool does not read or write your clipboard.
Optional site analytics
Optional analytics are disabled for this installation. The analytics script is served by the website, but it sends no analytics events and stores no analytics preference in this mode. There are no third-party analytics scripts in this build.
Website delivery and hosting logs
Your browser requests the pages, styles, scripts, and images needed to display the website. Your hosting provider may separately log request information, such as an IP address, requested address, and browser details. This application does not configure or delete those hosting logs. The server operator must confirm the hosting provider’s actual logging, access, and retention settings.
Email contact
Contact links open your email application. This website does not send a contact form or create a mailbox. An email you choose to send is handled by your and the recipient’s email services under their own arrangements. Do not send VINs or other sensitive identifiers in support messages.
External resources
Links to official sources are ordinary links; this website does not transmit your entered VIN to them. Choosing an external link takes you to a separately operated service with its own privacy terms. Local fonts and image assets are used, without external font or image requests.
